The three-axis elliptical horizontal vibrating screen is a screening equipment that uses a three-axis eccentric exciter as the excitation source, a rubber support spring as the elastic element, and a screen box exciter as the movable part. The three axes of its vibrator are equipped with counterweight blocks with equal eccentric mass and same eccentric radius. The power is transmitted from the motor through a belt to the driving shaft, and then transmitted through a gear with a speed ratio of 1, causing the three shafts to rotate at the same speed, thereby generating excitation force and causing the screen box to undergo forced continuous elliptical motion. The material is driven by this movement and continuously throws along the circular direction on the horizontal screen surface. While throwing loose layers, it moves forward, completing the process of particle size classification and forward conveying in a cyclic manner.
